  今住んでいるお部屋は、Malikさんに探してもらいました。それまでにかなりの数の物件を見せてもらったのですがなかなか気にいるところがなく、申し訳なく思うくらいだったのですが、めげずにこちらの条件に沿って探してくれて、今はとても快適に生活しています。契約時の書類のチェックから段取りまで、こちらが期待する以上に気を配ってくれ、これは後から聞いたのですが、引越し予定日の前日には、私が知らないうちに大家さんに再度の確認に行ってくれていたそうです（大家さんから聞きました）。お部屋の様子だけでなく、管理する方の人柄まで含めてオススメ物件だけを紹介したいという彼のポリシー通り、管理側との折り合いもよく、とても良い物件を紹介してもらえたと大変満足しています。
